Getting Started
Pre-licensing coursework is a must for any state you wish to become a Real Estate agent or REALTOR® in. Each state has their own pre-licensing courses that must be taken and passed prior to receiving a license. The list of hours needed and courses required vary from state to state.

Preparing for your Real Estate exam is essential in understanding and conquering the business. The CE Shop & ERA Liberty have all the tools to help you retain what you learn! Post-Licensing Coursework
Are post-licensing courses required in your state? In West Virginia and Maryland, they are not.
Virginia on the other hand, requires 30 hours and nine courses to be taken post licensing. Think of the post-licensing coursework as a follow up to the knowledge you should have gained up to the point of becoming a Real Estate Agent.
Continuing Education
Requirements will vary by state for this type of course work. Without completing the states continuing education requirement, a real estate agent cannot renew their license. The CE Shop also offers multi-state packages to get your CE completed faster and conveniently!

Yes! ERA Liberty Realty is licensed in West Virginia Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. All of these states are available on the CE Shop website. Just select from the drop down.
CE courses vary in price and that price varies by state. All states offer a complete length course. This means that you can complete your full CE hours requirement in one go!
West Virginia: Single Course - $35 | Full Hours Course (7) - $55 (this price is with/without Ethics)
Virginia: Single Course - $9 - $39 | Full Hours Courses (16)- $135 (with 8 elective hours & Ethics) or $65 (mandatory hours only & Ethics)
Maryland: Single Course - $39 - $125 | Full Hours Courses (15) - $235 (with 4.5 elective hours & Ethics) or $159 (mandatory hours only & Ethics)
D.C.: Single Course - $35 - $75 | Full Hours Courses (15) - $149 (with 3 elective hours & Ethics) or $125 (mandatory hours only & Ethics)
That's perfectly fine! The courses are not eternal, but they do have a long expiration date attached to the. Each state is different. Below are ERA Liberty Realty licensed state expiration of courses.
